Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant accounting experience (FMCG or distribution sector preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting 
• Basic knowledge of tax, VAT, and statutory compliance is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

 Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain general ledgers.
• Assist in preparing and posting journal entries, invoices, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer ledgers.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, follow up on outstanding balances.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Assist in inventory accounting and stock reconciliation related to diaper distribution.
• Prepare basic financial reports, summaries, and supporting schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with internal controls.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as needed.
