Requirements

•    High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
•    1 to 2 years of experience in customer support or service roles. (Fresher can also apply)
•    Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
•    Proficiency in CRM software and support tools.

•    Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
•    Maintain detailed records of interactions and feedback.
