Requirements
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks related to CS Department.

Responsibilities
- Handle LCL import console / FCL/Air documentation and customer services
- Solve the issue for the client and report
- Smooth communication with client and colleagues
- Support team members for any assistance
- Support each department for related shipment follow up
- Handle shipments by main contact point of the client and oversea agent and shipping line as necessary
