Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field.


Minimum 5 years of management experience in the hotel industry.


Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.


Proficiency in Hotel Management Software (e.g., Opera, PMS).

Responsibilities

Manage Front Office and Housekeeping operations to ensure seamless guest service.


Develop and implement strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy.


Monitor and maintain hotel service standards and SOPs.


Prepare annual budgets and manage departmental expenses.
