Requirements

·        Degree required (AGTI in Electrical/Mechanical preferred)
·        Minimum 3 years in spare parts management
·        Manufacturing industry experience required
·        Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
·        Age Range: 30 - 48 years
·        Strong leadership abilities
·        Meticulous attention to detail
·        Good communication skills

Responsibilities

·        Maintain 1000+ spare parts items with proper categorization
·        Implement FIFO system and monitor min/max stock levels
·        Lead store staff with duty assignments
·        Conduct training on inventory procedures
·        Prepare daily stock reports using advanced Excel
·        Maintain digital and physical records for audits
·        Work closely with maintenance and procurement teams
·        Process urgent part requests efficiently
·        Develop better inventory control methods
·        Optimize storage space utilization
