A. Education and Qualification

• Any Graduate, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management is more preferable.

B. Skills and Competencies

• Minimum 1 year and above experience in related fields.

• Good communication in English.

• Independent, aggressive, self-motivated, and a good team player.

• Enthusiastic, mature, and independent.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the planning of the S&D Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and activities.

• Assisting the S&D Director the majority of the time with responsibilities of an operational nature.

• Summarize reports from direct report people and report to the S&D Director on a daily basis.

• Ensure travel and accommodation bookings are timely, accurate, and represent good value for money.

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.

• Ensure that all meeting minutes and papers are prepared accurately and dispatched on time.

• Plan and arrange to get approval signatures from the S&D Director for department needs.

• Respond to calls, emails, and routine letters; direct inquiries to the S&D Director.

• Prepare SKU Summary reports (Sales Target Summary) by collecting information for all Sales Channel Heads and report to the S&D Director every Friday.

• Collect monthly PJP forms from all Channel Heads and submit them to the S&D Director.

• Responsible for the float money and claim process (rental charges, meter bills, shop visit trips, etc.) of the S&D Director.

• Responsible for going on market visits with the S&D Director as required.

• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.

• Undertake any other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related tasks as directed by the S&D Director.
