Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred - Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial)
Experience: 5+ years production management in FMCG/manufacturing
Proven track record in bottling/assembly line operations
Age: 35-45 years

Responsibilities

✔ Production Leadership:
Manage daily bottling operations (DW+SD) with 100% productivity
Minimize rejects and breakdown times
Implement production schedules and SOPs
✔ Quality & Compliance:
Ensure FSSC 22000, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP & GMP compliance
Maintain factory cleanliness and safety standards
Conduct regular staff training
✔ Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions
Analyze breakdowns and preventive maintenance
✔ Team Management:
Lead large production teams across shifts
Collaborate with Maintenance, QC, and Warehouse
Maintain shop floor discipline
