Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BA (Economics), or related field (B.Com preferred).

LCCI Level 3 or Accounting Diploma.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Trading Industry.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Able to prepare monthly and annual financial reports.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting tasks including expense reporting, cash reconciliation, and bank verification.

Record payments, journal entries, discounts, stock movements, and fixed assets accurately in the system.

Prepare weekly trial balance reports and management summaries.

Perform monthly ledger reconciliation and month-end closing.

Coordinate with management and departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
