🛠 Job Requirements 
•    Bachelor of Engineering (EP, EC, Mechanical, MC)
•    Applicants with no prior work experience are welcome to apply, as on the job training will be provided for those currently engaged in project work at our Yangon office.
•    Candidates must demonstrate strong ethics, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and contribute actively in the workplace.
•    Since these projects involve Plumbing & Sanitary, ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation), and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, experienced professionals in these fields are also encouraged to apply.
•    Applicants should have good interpersonal skills—able to build strong relationships at all levels—and be willing to travel between sites as required.

Responsibilities

🛠 Job Responsibilities
•    Able to skillful on Auto Cad 2D /3D & Revit for Project Plan Drawings, Shop Drawings 
•    Review Project plan Drawing and site information relating to the scheme of works prior to
•    starting on site.
•    Pre-installation Site survey. The installation engineer is expected to familiarize him/herself with the site and any operating constraints or site-specific requirements before commencement of the work.
•    Produce, test, and install plumbing systems by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments. Assemble and install a variety of metal or nonmetal pipes and pipe fittings, using threaded, soldered, brazed, fused, or welded joints.
•    Determine sequence of installations by studying building plans and working drawings.
•    Management and supervision of subordinate staff, where applicable.
•    Installation to agreed standards and specification and in conformity with the requirements of HTM 02-01, NFPA, JIS. etc.
•    Testing, commissioning and certification. Completion and timely submission of all records and documentation
•    Provide plumbing information by answering questions and requests.
•    Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Responsible for all other duties as assigned.
