Requirements

•    Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBBS/ B. Pharm/ B.Sc)
•    Must be fluent in English.
•    Proven experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry
•    Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and regulations
•    Excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities

•    Developing product strategies and brand plans and realize brand objectives.
•    Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
•    Defining and communicating product requirements, including features, functionality and user experience.
•    Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, design, sales and marketing to ensure successful product development, launch and ongoing improvement.
•    Creating and managing product budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
•    Analyzing market data, user feedback, and other metrics to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
•    Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
•    Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform product strategy and innovation.
•    Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
•    Leading product launch activities, including messaging, positioning, and go-to-market planning.
•    Providing product training and support to sales, customer support, and other internal teams.
