Requirements

•    Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Market Sales, or a related field.
•    1-3 years in sales, preferably in automotive, riding, or EV industry.
•    Ability to build rapport with taxi drivers and fleet owners.
•    Familiarity with leasing, financing options, and EV benefits is plus.
•    Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
•    Knowledge of EV market trends and government incentives.
•    Experience working with ride-hailing platforms (Grab, local startups, etc.).

Responsibilities

•    Actively seek out and engage taxi drivers, fleet operators, and corporate clients.
•    Promote the benefits of EV taxis (cost savings, eco-friendliness, incentives).
•    Conduct sales presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.
•    Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty.
•    Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and ad-dressing concerns.
•    Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and meet-ings.
•    Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
•    Keep track of sales activities and update the CRM system.
•    Ensure a smooth sales process, including paperwork and financing support.
•    Stay updated on EV industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
•    Gather customer feedback and report it to management for product and service improvement.
•    Prepare weekly sales reports and update sales progress.
