Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    2+ years of experiences in a related field.
•    Strong knowledge of procurement processes
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

•    Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers for cost-effective and high-quality agricultural products.
•    Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contracts and agreements.
•    Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions to achieve cost savings.
•    Manage import/export documentation and compliance for agriculture supplies.
•    Ensure all procurement activities comply with local laws, company policies, and international regulations
•    Implement risk management strategies to handle supplier failures, price fluctuations and supply chain disruptions.
•    Oversee procurement data tracking and reporting.
•    Maintain and update a database in Odoo Software
