Requirements

-        Bachelor's degree in Accounting, LCCI Level (III) (UK), ACCA Part 1 preferable

-        Immediate Joiners are preferable

-        Must have (3) years' experience in the Accounting Field.

-        Excel and Microsoft Experience advantage

-        Ability to use Accounting Software (SQL - more preferable)

-        Good Communication skills and Interpersonal skills

-        Must have good communication skills, be willing to learn, and be able to work to get the job done.

-        Can be used effectively in the office applications such as Word, PPT.

-        Accountability and Responsibility, Problem solving.

-        Can work as a team, can work under pressure.

Daily Check GL ( With SQL)

-          Rice Export – Hedging

-        Check with Loading Plan ( With Factory Group )

-        Check with Stock Transfer ( Checked with SQL)

-        Sale Invoice ( Checked  With SQL)

-        Follow up Documentation in Email (With Operations )

-        Follow up AR (Payment Check with AYY/GMEC/NR)

-        Prepare Receipt Voucher and  Deal With Bank for Export  Earning

-        JV Statement For Rice Export Earning

-        Checked Receipt Vr  For Local Sale

-        Supervise  AR – Accountant

Weekly Report

-        Prepare Update Heding for Cash Flow Meeting

-        AR Aging

-        Check with ED Due

-        Local Sale Received & NCA  

Monthly

-        Monthly Rice Export Sale (Check with Operations)

-        AR Aging  & Receivable Report

-        Exchange Gain Loss Adjustment

-        Month End Bank Interest

-        Bank Balance Check & Reconciliation.
