Requirements

-ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ (သို့)ကျောင်းကိစ္စကင်းရှင်းသူဖြစ်ရမည်။

-LCCI Level 2 (or) 3, Computer Word & Excelကျွမ်းကျင်စွာအသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။

-ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေးပြေပြစ်ကောင်းမွန်ပြီးTeam Work ဖြင့်လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

-Cashier ပိုင်းအတွေ့အကြုံအနည်းဆုံး ၁နှစ် (သို့) ၂နှစ် ရှိရမည်။

-Banking Processနှင့်ပတ်သတ်ပြီးအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။ (Over Sea (or) Local)

-Software နှင့် ပက်သက်၍ အတွေ့ကြုံရှိရမည်။ Knowledge ရှိရမည်။ (ERP, Peachtree and Other)

Responsibilities

·         Customer များ၏ ငွေပေးချေမှုများ (Cash/Bank Transfer/Card) ကို မှန်ကန်စွာ လက်ခံခြင်း။

·         လက်ခံရသော ငွေကြေးစာရင်းများကို POS စနစ် သို့မဟုတ် Cashbook တွင် မှန်ကန်စွာ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း။

·         နေ့စဉ် ငွေစာရင်းနှင့် ငွေရှင်းတမ်း (Daily Cash Report) ပြုလုပ်ပြီး အစီရင်ခံပေးခြင်း။

·         ငွေသားနှင့် ငွေစာရင်းအကျိုးစာရင်း တူညီမှု (Cash reconciliation) ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။

·         ငွေစာရင်းများ၊ Receipt များနှင့် Voucher များကို စနစ်တကျ သိမ်းဆည်းထားခြင်း။

·         Finance Manager သို့ နေ့စဉ်/လစဉ် အစီရင်ခံစာ တင်သွင်းခြင်း။
