Requirements

Any Graduate in Bachelor Degree 

Age must be under 30 

Good in English Language Proficiency 

Can be used Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Map, WhatsApp Messenger, Facebook Messenger 

Excellent communication skills and professional attitude 

Able to resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction


Responsibilities

Work in Yangon (Office at Kyauktada Township) to support Singapore business operations  

Manage schedule planning and allocation 

Liaise with internal departments and external customers to ensure company success 

Answer inbound messages and calls from leads and clients 

Handle urgent communications with customers 

Manage punctuality and attendance checking 

Prepare, compile, and maintain proper reports for management 

Service customer requests and attend to customer complaints 

Other ad-hoc duties
