Requirements
- Bachelor and/or Master degree in Business/ Marketing or comparable
- 10+ years of relevant experience in solution selling and business development within Alcohol and beverage / FMCG/Retail/Distribution companies and Retail sectors.
- Knowledge of Data Analytical & BI will have added advantage.
- Strong presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
- Excellent in communication and engagement skills
- Experience in managing a high-performance Sales team
- Equally confident in English besides Myanmar language.
- Sound knowledge of creating Power Point presentations, Excel, Word etc.
- Commercial and brand knowledge
Responsibilities
- Responsible for building relationship with customers (Wholesalers, TOFT, TONT, LQS) for developing the business in the region for the Domestic portfolio, in a manner consistent with the company policy and goals, and in line with AOP (Annual Operating Plan). This may involve developing new businesses, expanding into new territories and establishing new distribution network. Develops and implements sales strategies and objectives. Has in-depth knowledge for the products responsible & build a Positive relationship across cross functions. Understands & empathizes with customer's needs and maintains sharp competitive knowledge and market trends. Through effective leadership, inspires leads, directs, motivates, coaches and develops sales team to achieve/exceed sales target. Works to develop long-term positive customer relationships to achieve customer delight and build loyalty and confidence in portfolio as a preferred company/ partner.
