Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Age between (20 to 28)
• 1 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
• Must be holder HR & Admin Certificate (or) Diploma certified.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems (Word, Excel)
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support:
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes and exit process (job postings, interview arrangements, document collection)
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Monitor and record attendance, leave, and overtime.
• Help coordinate payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves).
• Assist in organizing training sessions, staff activities, and orientation programs.
• Address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Administrative Support:
• Ensure proper filing of HR and administrative documents, write to meeting minutes recorded (physical and digital).
• To arrange for the withdrawal of cooking oil, and to be able to go in and out of government offices regarding company tax matters.
• To record car kilo, oil calculation, car maintenance, generator oil and other vehicle process.
• To handle office supplies, maintenance, and general administrative support.
• Support office supply management, Staff Accommodation and coordinate with staff.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
• Assist in managing administrative staff (cleaners, drivers, security, etc.).
• Help coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
Reports To: HR Executive
Working hr- 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Off Day- Sunday & PH Days
Salary – 4 to 4.5 Lakhs + Phone Bill
