Requirements

1) Master's degree in Accounting or Finance (or) A professional diploma in accounting such as CPA, ACCA.

2) Excellent in both written and oral skills in English.

3) International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) knowledge in preferable.

 4) Excellent computer skills in MS. Word, Excel, Spreadsheet and audit-related software.

5) Must be thoroughly familiar with internal auditing and accounting principles, risk and control principles.

6) Assist in development of audit plans, audit schedules.

7) Strong technical and analysis skills, reporting skills.

8) Commitment to professional and auditing standards.

9) May have to travel for field visit and verification. 

10) Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.

11) Provide information and recommendations if errors and mistakes are founded.

12) Minimum 7 Years of experience in internal audit management position.

Responsibilities

* Meet with Audit Team to plan and schedules audits.

* Analyze and consolidate audit findings into a single report.

* Create presentations for Audit Committee on audit findings.

* Delegate overflow work to subordinates.

* Review departmental processes and procedures.

* Investigate causes of irregularities.

* Implement Internal Audit Manager's audit plan.

* Plan and execute financial and operational audits.

* Identify risks in business processes.

* Define audit engagement scopes.

* Prepare audit reports summarizing findings.

* Analyze and resolve complex issues precisely.

* Create innovative training methods and monitor results.

* Provide functional training and advice to audit staff.
