Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Dip in Human Resources.
- Experience (7 years) in training and development, preferably within FMCG or distribution industries.
- Knowledge of FMCG Operations: Understanding of FMCG and distribution processes, including sales, supply chain, and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement training modules for employees across sales, distribution, operations, and support functions.
- LMS Management: Implement and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver, track, and evaluate training programs efficiently.
- Create LMS Content: Develop and upload engaging digital training materials, including videos, e-learning modules, and quizzes, onto the LMS.
- Identify Training Needs: Conduct training needs assessments to address skill gaps and align with company goals.
- Training Sessions: Facilitate workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training for employees at all levels.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the impact of LMS and in-person training programs on employee performance and business outcomes.
- Budget: Plan and oversee the training budget to ensure cost-effective learning initiatives.
-Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with department heads to align training programs with organizational priorities.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with industry best practices, LMS technologies, and innovative training methods to enhance program quality.
