Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future roles.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage job postings and update the applicant tracking system.
Support onboarding activities as needed.
