Requirements

• Any Graduate
• ဘွဲ့ရ (မည်သည့် ဘွဲ့မဆို)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising in the fashion industry
• ဖက်ရှင်လုပ်ငန်းတွင် Visual Merchandising အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး ၃ နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
• Excellent design skills and a strong eye for detail
• ဒီဇိုင်းကျွမ်းကျင်မှု အလွန်ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အသေးစိတ်အပေါ် အလေးပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• ဆက်သွယ်ရေးနှင့် ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုအရည်အချင်း ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• အဖွဲ့လိုက် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်စွမ်း ရှိရမည်။
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• အုပ်ချုပ်မှုကျွမ်းကျင်မှု အထူးကောင်းပြီး ပရောဂျက်များ အတူတကွ စီမံနိုင်ရမည်။
• Knowledge of retail sales and marketing principles
• ရောင်းချရေးနှင့် စျေးကွက်ရေး အခြေခံသိပ္ပံကို နားလည်ထားရမည်။

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Microsoft Office ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred
• ဘွဲ့ရ သို့မဟုတ် ဆိုင်ရာအထူးအောင်လက်မှတ် ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေး။

Responsibilities

• Monitor the sale data and stock condition 
• အရောင်းဒေတာနှင့် စတော့အခြေအနေကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပါ။
• Develop Product merchandising strategies (5Rs) to increase sales and attract customers
• အသုံးပြုသူများကို ဆွဲဆောင်နိုင်ရန်နှင့် အရောင်းတိုးမြှင့်နိုင်ရန် ထုတ်ကုန် Merchandising မူဝါဒများ (5Rs) ကို တီထွင်ပါ။
• Analysis the report of (sale, stock, reject, complain and exchange) data 
• (အရောင်း၊ စတော့၊ ငြိမ်းမဲ့ပစ္စည်း၊ မကျေနပ်မှုနှင့် အစားထိုး) အစီရင်ခံစာများကို ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာပါ။
• Manage the sale and customer service
• အရောင်းနှင့် သုံးစွဲသူဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲပါ။
• Monitoring the stock level and maintain the stock limit 
• အရောင်းနှင့် သုံးစွဲသူဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲပါ။
• Train the customer service, product knowledge, sale strategies and product merchandising to all related members
• သုံးစွဲသူဝန်ဆောင်မှု၊ ထုတ်ကုန်အသိပညာ၊ အရောင်းမူဝါဒများနှင့် ထုတ်ကုန် Merchandising အကြောင်း အဖွဲ့ဝင်များအားလုံးကို သင်ကြားပေးပါ။• Collaborate with the related team to reach the excellent level of shop operation 
• ဆိုင်အလုပ်စဉ်အဆင့်မြင့်ထိ ရောက်ရှိနိုင်ရန် ပတ်သက်သည့် အဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပါ။
• Ensure that the right time deliver the stock to all shop
• ဆိုင်များသို့ စတော့ပစ္စည်းကို အချိန်မီ ပေးပို့ရရှိစေရန် သေချာစေရန် စီမံပါ။
• Plan the project of department and the instruction of marketing director
• ဌာနပရောဂျက်များနှင့် စျေးကွက်ရေးမန်နေဂျာ ညွှန်ကြားချက်များကို စီမံကိန်းရေးဆွဲပါ။
