Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (Facebook, App, TikTok, Ads).
Familiarity with design and editing tools, such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or etc.
Strong creativity, storytelling skills, and trend awareness in the cosmetics/ beauty sector.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative digital marketing strategies to promote cosmetic products across all online platforms.
Create and manage digital ads campaigns on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and App.
Plan and produce engaging content (photos, videos, captions, blogs) tailored to beauty and skincare audiences.
Collaborate with influencers and beauty creators for campaign partnerships.
Monitor and optimize campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other analytics tools.
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and report on campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on beauty industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new digital opportunities.
Assist in developing and growing the brand's online community and customer engagement.
