Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

5+ years of experience in operations management (trading industry experience preferred).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Operational systems, Policies, Procedures များ တိုးတက်စေရန် ဖန်တီး/ပြုပြင်ရန်။

Admin နှင့် အခြားဌာနများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။

Operation Plans, Schedule နှင့် Management Reports များ ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြရန်။

Operational Issues များကို အမြန်ဆုံး ဖြေရှင်းပြီး Solution ပေးနိုင်ရန်။

Strategic Planning နှင့် Business Development Activities များကို Support ပေးရန်။

All Departments အတွက် Monthly KPI Overview ကို စောင့်ကြည့်/ထိန်းချုပ်ရန်။

Lead daily operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity.

Design, implement and improve operational systems, policies and procedures.

Prepare operation plans, schedules, and management reports.

Quickly resolve operational challenges with effective solutions.

Support strategic planning and business development activities.

Monitor and manage monthly KPIs for all departments.
