Marketing Sales Automotive Electric Vehicle

Requirements

•             Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

•             Minimum 5+ years in sales, preferably in the automotive, electric vehicle, or transportation sector.

•             Proven track record in sales leadership and achieving revenue targets.

•             Strong negotiation & networking skills with corporate clients, fleet owners, and distributors.

•             Ability to develop and execute sales strategies & business plans.

•             Familiarity with leasing, financing models, and EV industry trends.

•             Excellent communication skills in English & Burmese.

•             Knowledge of EV market trends, government policies, and infrastructure challenges.

•             Experience working with ride-hailing platforms (Grab, local startups, etc.).


Responsibilities

•             Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarte targets.

•             Identify and target key customer segments (taxi drivers, fleet operators, ride-hailing services).

•             Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth in EV taxi adoption.

•             Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

•             Establish partnerships with taxi associations, ride-hailing companies (e.g., Grab, Farry, LoYar), corporate clients, and government agencies.

•             Work with financial institutions to develop leasing and financing solutions for drivers.

•             Drive B2B and B2C sales opportunities for fleet and individual buyers.

•             Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.

•             Set KPIs and sales targets for the team and track performance.

•             Motivate and coach the team to improve conversion rates.

•             Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

•             Implement customer engagement programs (test drives, referral pro-grams, and after-sales support).

•             Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

•             Track sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market trends.

•             Provide weekly/monthly reports to management with insights and recommendations.

•             Analyze sales data to optimize pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
