Requirements
1. Any Graduate (Business Administration or Marketing); Relevant diploma or certification is preferred.
2. At Least minimum 3 years of experience in business development (within the telecom or IT sectors.)
3. Intermediate level in English.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market opportunities and financial viability.
5. Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship management.
6. Proficiency in preparing detailed proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
7. Familiarity with contract management processes and legal compliance in tendering.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
9. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
10. Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
11. Require travel for client meetings or site visits or project location.

Responsibilities
1. Identify sustainable goals for the company through detailed analysis of potential projects and market trends.
2. Prepare proposals for tenders and potential projects, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and financial targets.
3. Prepare and ensure that all proposals are compliant with government regulations and industry standards.
4. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact business development efforts.
5. Prepare contract agreements with suppliers and customers to ensure effective business operations while maintaining confidentiality.
6. Set appointments and meetings to foster strong business relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and partners.
7. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the tendering process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
8. Prepare documents and apply for import/export licenses as needed for project materials or equipment.
9. Coordinate with logistics teams to align shipment processes with project timelines.
10. Work with closely with internal teams including finance, operations, and legal departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
