Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or a related degree in Architecture/Design.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
Proficiency in architectural and visualization software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
Strong creative design skills with attention to detail and aesthetics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in graphic design and visual presentation will be an added advantage.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead the design of architectural projects from initial concept through detailed design and construction documentation.
Develop creative, functional, and sustainable building solutions aligned with client requirements and organizational standards.
Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, statutory regulations, budget constraints, and project timelines.
Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for accuracy and quality.
Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior architects and design team members.
Coordinate closely with operations, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and stakeholder meetings as required.
Support value engineering initiatives and design optimization to enhance project outcomes.
