Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel (advanced).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Analyze profitability across product lines, including cost of production for blade wire.
• Monitor margins and highlight areas for cost reduction or efficiency improvement.
• Prepare variance analyses comparing actual vs. budgeted performance.
• Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Track expenses against approved budgets and report deviations.
• Provide recommendations to management on budget reallocation or optimization.
