Purchasing Procurement Project Management Supervision

Requirements

1.     More than 5 years of experience in the Schedule (Progress), purchasing and 
procurement Management

2.     Bachelor's degree or higher in a similar major.

3.     Experience in management of others and history of similar career position. (At least 2 years-experience in a similar management position or team lead or other ICT environment with Leadership skills).

4.     Ability to manage resources effectively, prioritize issues and work under pressure during busy periods to meet project objective and deadlines.

5.     Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong business focus. English language is a "Must".

6.     Prepared to travel.

Highly Desirables:

1.     Possession of a relevant degree preferably in Procurement or Project management.

2.     Possession of relevant experiences preferably in Procurement or Project management.

3.     Possession of a current Myanmar Driver鈥檚 License with excellent traffic record.

Responsibilities

**Special Note: This is National Project and will be working on tender supervision team with Korean Company as well.**

1.      Reporting to Project Manager and Chief Manager for day-to-day operation and progress status of Project Management Office.

2.      Providing for Step-by-step (design, purchase, installation, testing, commissioning) management of the project with supervisors and experts to deliver Supervision on the Projects and Tasks.

3.      Collaborate with other departments or organizations to coordinate resources for the projects/support.

4.      Supervision on Budget and cost management of construction companies involved in the project

5.      Supervision on Material management for purchasing, manufacturing, and warehousing of all hardware, facilities, commercial software, licenses, etc. applicable to this project

6.      Supervision on Change management (addition, deletion, change, etc.) of the equipment statement of this project

7.      Regular review and keep track of the project progress and related reports.

 8.      Supervision on Hardware (Equipment/System) Design

路        Review, correct and approve for the Detailed installation design for 113 RFID sites (223 poles), 57 Vehicle Registration Offices, three (3) control centers, and main data center

路        Supervise on the Tag & tag printer design, purchase and start to supply.

 

9.      Supervision on Purchasing and Procurement

路        Detailed Plan Approval of Design, Purchasing and Procurement of Equipment/System for the 113 Sites (223 Poles)

路        Detailed Plan Approval of Design, Purchasing and Procurement of Equipment/System for the Main Data Center and 3 Control Centers

路        Detailed Plan Approval of Design, Purchasing and Procurement of Equipment/System for 57 Vehicle Registration Offices

路        Detailed Plan Approval of Design, Purchasing and Procurement of RFID/CCTV/Electrical Installation Material/Equipment for the 113 Sites (223 poles)

路        Detailed Plan Approval of Design, Purchasing and Procurement of Communication Network Installation Material/Equipment for 113 Sites (223 poles), 57 Vehicle Registration Offices, 3 Control Centers and Main Data Center

 

10.   Regular review and keep track of the project progress, schedules, budgets and related reports

路        Software (Application/DB) Design task progress and completion.

路        Software (Application/DB) Development (Coding), Installation (Porting), and Validation & Verification Test

路        Hardware (Equipment/System) Installation

路        Validation & Verification

路        Training & Handover

 

11.   Organize Project Completion (including Transfer Procedures) with experts and supervisors

路        Procedural planning for completion of project activities

 

12.   Ensure the Mission and Vision, strategy and business plan are understood by all team members.

13.   Contribute to the success and assist in improving the overall project delivery and implementation.

14.   Undertake other duties as required.
