Ø   Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

Ø   Minimum two years working experience in related field.

Ø   Experience working with relational database systems such as Oracle, Oracle RMAN and PL/SQL and a good working knowledge of Report Builder Tools.

Maintain & repair the machinery, equipment and office building environment; creating sound health and safety environment.

Investigate the office buildings systems such as plumbing, electrical, ventilation and so forth and manage the maintenance and fixed everything if necessary

Organize and keep records of office equipment manuals and practices and repair works related to all office facilities and equipment.

Provide the advice in all aspect of necessary requirements and maintenance for all office building systems by providing the practical experiences as well as technical advice to the team.

Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and sanitations of the office building and environment.

Manage the office vehicle usage and record, review and maintain all the reports relating to travelling schedule, trip itinerary, accident & fuel purchases and vehicle utilization.

Assist in all logistical aspects of delivery activities carried out by the whole organization.

Support the unit manager in all aspect of vehicle administrations such as driver duties routines, mission assigned vehicles, timely issues and so forth.

Initiate and accomplish all vehicle and office maintenance systems are working properly and carry out the repair works ordering such as research the estimated spare parts price list.

Handle the accident reports and yearly damage records of all SPNM vehicles and assist in producing reports.

Support in preparing the departmental budget, prepares invoices, check requests and support in delivery matters.

 Maintain and organize the weekly report of whole fleet and maintenance process, decision and accuracy of document in accountable of audit purpose.

§  At least Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, banking, or business administration or equivalent.

§  At least one-year experience in financial or banking industry of credit field.

§  At least two-year experience in credit field.

§  Good Communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

§  Be Computer Literacy-MS Office, MS outlook and Advance MS Excel.

(1)   Bachelor degree in accounting, business administration, economics and auditing. CISA/ ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA candidates are preferable.

(2)   1-year experience in auditing field and micro-finance field is preferable.

(3)   Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of management.

(4)   Have great attention to detail.

(5)   Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
