Job Summary:
The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, ensuring high-quality food production, menu planning, and maintaining exceptional hygiene standards. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and expertise in fine dining cuisine.

 

Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or fine dining establishment.
Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or similar senior role.
Expertise in international and fine dining cuisine.

Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to create innovative and seasonal menus. Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Strong budgeting and cost control skills.
