Job Description
* Lead and manage the content writing team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship. 
* Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company's marketing and communication goals.
*Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, product descriptions, social media posts, newsletters and more.
* Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
* Collaborate with marketing, design, sales and engineering teams to ensure content is aligned with the overall campaigns and product launches.
* Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of all content projects.
* Conduct regular performance reviews of content team members and provide opportunities for professional development.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and SEO.
* Analyse content performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize future content. 

 1.     Must be a graduate with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical BE/B-Tech)

2.     Minimum of 1 year’s experience in electronic (Solar, Inverter, Battery & Generator) role.

3.     Handling customer service (complaints) 

4.     Excellent verbal and communication skills.

5.     Ability to build long-term client relationships.

6.     Can work with team

7.     Extra time must be available if necessary.
